Open Fiber is Top Employer 2020

Open Fiber has been officially certified Top Employer 2020. The Top Employers Institute, a body that deals globally with the excellence of HR practices, has already certified over 1.600 companies in 119 countries on 5 continents. The companies that obtain the certification stand out for their commitment to providing the best working conditions for their employees and for the implementation of Best Practices which focus on the centrality of the person.

In this context, Open Fiber was selected because, since its inception, the strategy of the Human Resources Department has favored a cutting-edge mode of action closely related to the identification and satisfaction of the diversified needs of the corporate population.

Innovative methodologies for analyzing staff needs and skills are the basis of the work performed. Listening, empathy, focus on objectives, results and above all accepting and transforming suggestions from staff into effective strategic indicators.

A daily analysis activity that allows the company to guarantee solutions and professional growth paths following a personalized approach aimed at enhancing each individual employee.

Open Fiber has innovation as its driver and with an innovative approach it manages its people with permanent engagement and instilling a future-proof mindset.

Particular attention to the needs of the staff it translates into concrete actions such as for Open Welfare, for example: an innovative platform thanks to which it was possible to convert the performance bonus into flexible benefits while offering a very rich range of services for all employees. Listening to the needs of the staff leads year after year to new offers within the platform, proving to be very successful. In fact, the 2019 conversion rate was 46%, far higher than the average conversion rate of other companies in the sector.

“Receiving this certificate – commented Ivan Rebernik, Open Fiber HR Director – makes us proud and demonstrates that the commitment put in place in just a few years of activity has already yielded important results. Managing human resources doesn't just mean attention to Welfare, Wellness and Wellbeing, this is just the starting point. The real challenge is being able to listen to everyone and give ad hoc and timely answers”.
