With the aim of reducing the distance between the Public Administration, citizens and businesses, the "Sportelli Mise" are now operational at each Territorial Inspectorate which, thanks to the sharing of the Ministry's entire portfolio of activities, assume the fundamental role of responding in an immediate and streamlined way to the needs of economic actors and citizens in the area.
The Desks provide information on the many activities carried out by the Mise and identify the final providers of the requested servicesThis activity is particularly useful for companies that want to take advantage of the measures implemented by the Ministry in favor of production processes and the need for financing and export support. The activity of the Help Desks is being defined as an entry and exit point for the authorization and certification procedures which at the moment remain the responsibility of the Mise headquarters.
Among the new structures coordinated by the Milan Territorial Inspectorate, i Focus Point of Expo 2015 available to citizens and businesses for information and services.
