A new professional association was born from the union of five Milanese professionals: Francesco Di Carlo, Edoardo Guffanti, Alfredo Craca, Vittorio Pisapia and Claudio Tatozzi. The average age in the firm is 43 years and its members are professionals recognized on the market in the various sectors of litigation and out-of-court matters. They have been operating for years with the main Authorities, with Italian and international customers.
In addition to the five partners, the firm has over 20 professionals. Prof. Avv. Roberto Sacchi, full professor of commercial law at the State University of Milan, is part of the firm.
The newborn reality has a strong specialization in the sectors of commercial, corporate, banking and financial markets law. In these areas it is characterized by the experience of its professionals in advising financial intermediaries, asset management companies, insurance companies and listed issuers and in out-of-court assistance in M&A and debt restructuring operations, and by the presence of a strong and proven litigation team that has worked over the years on important and complex disputes, including arbitration.
