These are the fields of action of the "two small groups of experts" who will help the President of the Republic Giorgio Napolitano in his extreme attempt to favor the formation of a government. In practice, according to the most accredited interpretations, they are "additional negotiators" who will have the task of identifying some proposals shared by the parties on decisions and reforms in one field and in the other to direct the action of a government of purpose.
THE COMPONENTS – These are the names proposed by the president. For the first group: prof. Valerio Onida, sen. Mario Mauro, Sen. Gaetano Quagliariello, Prof. Luciano Violante. For the second group: prof. Enrico Giovannini (president of Istat), prof. Giovanni Pitruzzella (president of the Antitrust Authority), Dr. Salvatore Rossi (member of the Bank of Italy directorate), the Minister for European Affairs Enzo Moavero Milanesi, the Hon. Giancarlo Giorgietti and sen. Filippo Bubbico, presidents of the special commissions operating in the Chamber and in the Senate.
