The governance and business support functions will report to a new Deputy General Management of Finance and Operations headed by Bernardo Mingrone, with the aim of ensuring greater focus and uniform guidelines for Cfo and COO activities; Alfredo Montalbano is confirmed as head of COO management.
The organization and external communication, on the other hand, converge in the new Human Resources, Organization and Communication Department, reporting directly to the CEO. and under the responsibility of Ilaria Dalla Riva.
The creation of a Retail and Network Department assigned to the current head of the BMPS network Marco Bragadin and a Corporate and Investment Banking Department assigned to Sergio Vicinanza, head of the Finance area, are also planned.
The area reserved for the development of Widiba (new online bank), under the responsibility of Andrea Cardamone, will be expanded with the financial advisory business. To confirm the strategic importance of the supervision of the credit sector, the Credit Department evolves into Deputy General Credit Department .
From February XNUMX, the manager Angelo Barbarulo will also hold the position of vicarious deputy general manager.
