The French luxury brand led by Bernard Arnault has purchased the well-known pastry shop in the heart of Milan's fashion district – The goal is to preserve the historic site and expand the brand's international presence.

The hands of Bernard Arnault on the Cova pastry shop. The Lvmh group, world leader in luxury, has, in fact, acquired a majority stake in the share capital of Srl (Pasticceria Confetteria Cova), owner of the Cova brand and owner of the historic and very famous Milanese pastry shop in via Montenapoleone, in the heart of the fashion district from Milan.

The objective of the operation, according to the note released by the French luxury group, would be to preserve the historic Milanese headquarters of Cova, but also to favor the imposition of the brand on an international level with new franchises. The members of the Faccioli family, the owner Mario and his daughters Paola and Daniela, will remain as partners and in the management.
