The Tecnocasa Group, the first real estate franchise at national and European level and also present with its brands in Central America, Africa and Asia, with over 3.000 affiliated agencies, has chosen the Italian portal Whuis.com which, through the data provided by the data driven company Cerved, measures the reliability of people and companies in an innovative, safe and fast way.

Thanks to the Whuis portal and the Cerved data, in fact, it is possible to view the chamber of commerce and cadastral data with a simple search, any negativity and other useful information to verify the trustworthiness of people and companies. The analysis brings together various information including details of the properties owned with the relative economic valuation, offices and holdings in companies (active and withdrawn), details of protests, prejudices, foreclosures of the person and related companies.

The combination of Whuis.com services and Cerved data is essential for the work of a real estate brokerage agency that must evaluate renters on a daily basis, prepare purchase proposals and commercial negotiations, perform quick and safe analyzes in order to acquire new mandates more easily.

In the first weeks of partnership the profiles of more than 15.000 customers were evaluated. The platform, which offers subscriptions with various subscription formulas, makes it possible to evaluate each new potential customer, thus avoiding having to search for and download paid documents from numerous sources, with a considerable advantage not only in terms of money, but also in terms of time.
