Lodovico Festa and Giulio Sapelli inaugurate a new editorial series, edited by the Guerini e Associati publishing house and with the editorial coordination of Paolo Nessi: "yes yes no no" is his name, and through a series of publications he intends to offer readers points of clearly distinct and tendentially opposing views on some of the main topical topics.
The initiative starts with a book that reflects on the role played by the "Red Regions" and on their future. The authors of the book, Vannino Chiti e Raffaella Della Bianca, meet and clash - less than a month before the local elections - on the evaluation of the flagship of the left: the administrations of Emilia, Tuscany and Liguria.
What is the function of the Regions today and what role have the so-called regions played in recent years “Red Regions”? The debate between Vannino Chiti and Raffaella Della Bianca moves on the basis of these questions: for one they have been a model to be extended to the whole national territory, for the other a further source of bureaucratisation to be reviewed.
