On the occasion of the successful conclusion of the negotiation on the renewal of the company supplementary contract, the tops of Leonardo and the General Secretaries of Fim-Fiom-Uilm met in the Company's headquarters to share the innovative aspects of the agreement signed on 21 May.
After the final drafting formalities, the agreement will be submitted for approval to the workers' assemblies at all the Group's production sites. The Parties have been able to dialogue in a profoundly and rapidly evolving scenario, marked by the health and economic crises.
The meeting will then be followed in the coming weeks by a series of Strategic Observatory appointments, envisaged by the new Model of Industrial Relations as a forum for illustrating company choices and participatory discussions with the National Secretariats on the evolution of Industrial Plan.
We recall that among the main points of thesupplementary agreement there are: more flexibility in the organization of work, greater employee responsibility in achieving corporate results, continuous investment in professionalism and people's well-being.
Furthermore, the agreement is inspired by the principles of sustainability, growth, trust, co-responsibility, and provides for the updating of the industrial relations model and a series of economic agreements aimed at involving workers more and more in achieving company objectives, introducing tools capable of improving company life and increasing skills of the staff. In order to improve the integral well-being of the entire professional community, on which the work of the company is based.
