"The Actuary: 75 years of history and the project for the future”: this is the title of the conference organized in collaboration with the Council of the National Order of Actuaries and the Italian Institute of Actuaries for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Order of Actuaries.
The event, opened by Cosimo Ferri, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Justice, will take place on November 28 at the University of Rome La Sapienza.
On this occasion, authoritative testimonies will retrace the most significant stages in the development of the profession in Italy, recalling the most important goals achieved and the constant growth of the Order. Starting from the scientific and professional training of the actuary, future prospects will therefore be outlined.
The international guests will give an overview of the new strategies underway in Europe and will provide advances on the International Congress of Actuaries scheduled in Berlin in June 2018.
During the round table representatives of the institutions and the market will discuss the evolution and new outlets of the profession, exploring the areas and sectors in which the actuary can provide his contribution with a view to developing the country.
