Lamborghini: hiring record, more to come

Lamborghini exceeds a thousand employees and brings the number of permanent contracts signed in the last three years to 300. This was revealed in a note from the Toro company, which closed 2013 with 100 new hirings of highly qualified specialists, reaching a total of 1.029 employees. The trend, they say in Sant'Agata Bolognese, will not decrease and new hirings are planned again this year.

Furthermore, the percentage of female employment is increasing: "30% of entries in the last year - claims the company - are women also specialized in technical areas". Graduates and graduates who have joined the company thanks to the internal apprenticeship program are growing.

“Lamborghini has the strategic objective of being increasingly an attractive employer, both for the surrounding area and for its collaborators and it pursues this by promoting a corporate culture centered on the quality of processes, transparency and individual motivation”.

For the managing director, Stephan Winkelmann, “our employees are the engine of our success. Investing in their growth, development and workplace is a key element in ensuring a solid and ethical business continuity, focused on excellence and continuous improvement”.
