The historic Bolognese lingerie brand became part of the assets of Silvio Scaglia, the founder of Fastweb, thanks to an outlay of 69 million euros. This is the outcome of the competitive auction held today, and launched by the Court of Bologna following La Perla's request for composition with creditors.
At the invitation of judge Maurizio Atzori to save the underwear company in the hands of the Americans of Jh Partners, two other industrial groups in the underwear sector had responded by depositing the 3 million bail yesterday: the Israelis of Delta Galil Industries and the Veronese giant Calzedonia.
