K-Now, a group active in the Fine Arts sector, taken over in July 2022 by Kyip Capital, a growth buy-out fund dedicated to the digital transformation of Italian SMEs, ha created the Plena Education holding, thus becoming the third Italian private group in the art education sector.

What is Plena Education

The Group currently counts 4.200 students enrolled and a turnover of 24 million euros. Is composed by you are institutions active in the field of Fine Arts, Design, Fashion, Music and Linguistic Mediation. These include RUFA (Rome University of Fine Arts) for Fine Arts, SPD (Scuola Politecnica di Design) and MADE Program in Syracuse for Design, Ferrari Fashion School in Milan for Fashion, Saint Louis School of Music in Rome for Music and the Ciels Group, with offices in Padua, Brescia and Bologna, for Linguistic Mediation.

Plena Education It offers a wide range of academic courses, including three-year, two-year courses, one-year masters, short courses and summer schools, thus covering different training levels. In addition, the Group has physical campuses located in major cities Italian cities, such as Milan, Rome, Bologna, Padua and Brescia, offering students a physical presence in high quality places of study.

Alessandro Montel new CEO of Plena Education

Alexander Montel, a manager with extensive experience in academia, has been appointed new CEO of Plena Education. Montel has worked in institutes active in the Higher Artistic Musical Education (AFAM), such as the MADE Program and the NABA. Her appointment completes a team of professionals that provides services to the individual universities of the Group, including teaching, social media, administration and finance, communication and marketing, international development and relations with companies.
