New agreement for Intesa Sanpaolo. The Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Tim and Google Cloud to accelerate the digitization of its digital services. This is an important project aimed at providing Intesa Sanpaolo with Google cloud services on Tim's Italian Data Centers. With the highest international standards of security and confidentiality of information.

The project provides for the opening a Torino, of an innovative technological infrastructure for the provision of Google Cloud services, together with the opening of an important center dedicated to artificial intelligence, training and professional support for start-ups, through initiatives to be defined between the parties.

In addition, another Google Cloud Region is also planned to be built a Milano so as to ensure business continuity. Both cloud regions will be built following the environmental sustainability and will also be carbon neutral, in compliance with the banking group's guidelines.

Once an agreement has been reached between the Parties, on the contractual terms and conditions, and the necessary clearing has been obtained from the competent Authorities, the project will allow Intesa Sanpaolo to make use of the most modern technologies, tailor-made for the bank's needs.

Google Cloud services will be at the service of the country and of all Italian companies that want to take advantage of the technological and economic advantages of cloud computing, in a safe and sustainable way, giving a decisive boost to the digital acceleration of the Italian system, even more necessary in light of the health emergency.
