Intesa Sanpaolo was awarded by Excel as the best European company overall for the Investor and Analyst Relations during the Europe & Emerging Emea Equities Awards, which were held in recent days in London. The bank led by Carlo Messina received a total of three awards:
- Grand Prix for Best Corporate in Investor Relations, Europe
- Best Corporate in Investor Relations in Financial Institutions, Europe
- Best Team in Investor Relations in Financial Institutions, Europe
“The awards given by Excel (formerly Institutional Investor Research) demonstrate, once again, the strong appreciation of the international financial community for an Italian excellence that has long been at the top of the European rankings of investors and financial analysts", commented Intesa Sanpaolo in a note.
The awards announced today add to those obtained in recent weeks by Extele in which Intesa Sanpaolo confirmed its first position in Europe among banks for relations with institutional investors and financial analysts and for ESG aspects, ranking first in the categories: Best CEO (Carlo Messina), Best Board of Directors, Best CFO (Stefano Del Punta), Best IR Team, Best IR Professional (Marco Delfrate), Best IR Program and Best ESG Program.
