The card can also be booked online, with the instant issuing method which allows it to be activated and used immediately in the digital version, even before receiving it. The Exclusive debit card also offers preferential access to the Hub branch, with dedicated reception, reserved and preferential treatment with recognizable staff; and dedicated access to the online branch, available via the Single Exclusive Number for each banking activity and to support customers in using digital channels.
Also, the card is backed by a insurance policy which provides coverage for all physical and online purchases made by the holder in the event of non-compliance/damage to goods purchased online, theft within 30 days of the purchase of the goods, mugging/assault at automatic teller machines (ATMs).
