Inps: integration with Inpdap and Enpals does not produce redundancies or mobility

The integration of Inpdap and Enpals with Inps does not involve "any redundancy program or employee mobility". This was assured in a note by the social security institute, which thus denies the press rumors about the possible mobility for 5 employees following the creation of the so-called "Super-Inps".

The operation "has so far been outlined by the guidelines of the Institute's Steering and Supervisory Council (Civ) and by the programmatic lines of the president - the note continues -, which entrust the Technostructure with the preparation of an industrial plan, which is not been defined. Furthermore, the approval of the Inpdap 2011 budget and subsequent ministerial decrees are still missing”.

In the documents "drafted up to now, the plans for rationalizing spending have already been identified, starting with the integration of logistics and IT platforms".

As for the staff, “no speech is on the agenda, the figures indicated today by some press organs are therefore devoid of any foundation. The issue was also formally excluded during an internal videoconference addressed to the Institute's management, conducted last Wednesday, June 20, jointly by the director general of INPS, Mauro Nori and the president of the Institute, Antonio Mastrapasqua ", concluded the INPS.
