Inps: mom bonus tomorrow 2017 also for premature babies

With a circular, the Institute fills a gap left by the budget law, specifying that women who give birth before entering the eighth month of pregnancy are also entitled to the birth bonus of 800 euros.

Inps: mom bonus tomorrow 2017 also for premature babies

All women who give birth to a child are entitled to the mom tomorrow 2017 bonus, even if the birth takes place before entering the eighth month of pregnancy. This is what INPS writes in circular no. 61 of 16 March.

The clarification was necessary to fill a regulatory gap. Much the 2017 budget law how much the subsequent INPS documents simply said that future mothers could request the new mother bonus tomorrow once the seventh month of pregnancy was completed or at the time of adoption of the child.

Apparently, none had thought of the so-called "settimini", i.e. children born before the "completion of the seventh month of pregnancy" required by law. This integration corrects the oversight, also guaranteeing mothers of premature children the birth bonus of 800 euros.
