From 4 April 2017, the presentation of applications for subsidies for investment programs presented in the territories of the
non-complex industrial crisis, which will be able to benefit from the incentives provided by law 181/89. This is established by the Directorial Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 24 February 2017.

The budget foreseen is 124 million euro from the resources of the Fund for sustainable growth. Of these, 44 million euros are set aside for program agreements.

The minimum investment is 1,5 million euros and can be made in the Municipalities falling within the non-complex industrial crisis areas identified by the Mise Directorial Decree of 19 December 2016.

Companies of any size established in the form of joint stock companies can access the concessions.

Requests for funding must be submitted exclusively online on the Invitalia platform. The templates to be used for the presentation of investment projects and the guides for submitting the application will soon be available on the dedicated website pages.
