Ardian, the world's leading private investment company, announces the sale, through 3 New Srl, of five companies operating in the renewable energy sector to F2i SGR, through F2i Energie Rinnovabili Srl. The companies sold own six photovoltaic plants located in Emilia Romagna, Puglia and Sicily, for a total installed power of approximately 51,5 MW. Ardian Infrastructure was assisted by Ashurst, for the legal part and by EOS as technical advisor.
