After a black Thursday and a Friday morning marked by uncertainty, at the beginning of the afternoon Piazza Affari finally managed to accelerate upwards, partially recovering the 3,6% left in the field yesterday. The Ftse Eb it gains 1,35% and is the only one of the main European Stock Exchanges to move in positive territory. In the same minutes, London and Paris move slightly below parity, while Frankfurt loses 0,38%. On the bond side, on the other hand, it is also shrinking again the BTP-Bund spread, which, after having touched 190 at the beginning, returns to settle at just over 170 basis points. 

The main news of the afternoon are two: a surprising data from the American real estate market and the go-ahead from the Government to the privatization of 40% of Poste Italiane and 49% of Enav, the National Flight Assistance Agency. Listing on the Stock Exchange - specifies a note from Palazzo Chigi - is certain for the Post Office, while for ENAV the path of direct sale also remains open. 

Meanwhile, Fitch revised upwards the outlook of Cassa depositi e prestiti, Poste Italiane and Ferrovie dello Stato from negative to stable, confirming at the same time the BBB+ rating. The decision follows the April 25 move by Fitch, which - in the same way - had raised the outlook on Italy from negative to stable, keeping the rating at BBB+.

As for the data coming from Use, the number of new construction sites opened increased by 13,2% in April to the seasonally adjusted share of 1,07 million units. The value is clearly higher than the expectations of analysts, who had foreseen a rise of 3%. In the same month, building permits increased by 8% to 1,08 million, the highest level since June 2008.

Following the publication of these numbers, futures a Wall Street trimmed losses: Dow Jones loses 18 points, 0,11%, S&P 500 slips 2,75 points, 0,15%, Nasdaq drops 6,50 points, 0,18 %. The oil contract in June rose by 0,33% to 101,85 dollars a barrel, that of gold with the same expiry date dropped by 0,36% to 1.289 dollars an ounce.

Finally, a look at the individual shares of Piazza Affari. Among the best blue chips, the leap of Moncler (+6,42% after a better-than-expected quarterly), followed by Banca Pop Emilia Romagna (+ 4,31%), Intesa Sanpaolo (+ 3,55%), Banco Popolare (+ 2,79%) and Exor (+2,77%). At the bottom of the list, detached from the others, travels the title of Gtech (-1,93%).
