Fs, Poste, Tim and 24 other companies launch "4 Weeks 4 Inclusion"

Hera, Banca Ifis, Olivetti and Snam are among the 27 companies that created the initiative - 4 weeks of webinars, digital laboratories and groups on the theme of inclusion and diversity

From Ferrovie dello Stato to Tim, from Poste Italiane to Hera, from Banca Ifis to Snam, I am twenty-seven companies adhering to “4 Weeks 4 Inclusion”, an intercompany program created and designed to allow employees of the same companies to participate in webinars, digital labs and creative groups dedicated to inclusion. Appointments, all strictly online, which will be distributed over the next 4 weeks and which will start Friday 13 November with the webinar "6 stories of inclusion: a conversation with the Minister" which will host Elena Bonetti, Minister for Equal Opportunities and the Family. The last event will instead be held on December 11th. It will be a round table involving the HRO (Human Resources & Organizational Development) managers of the various companies who will take stock of the state of the art of inclusion in the world of work.

“For the first time many companies in the production ecosystem network and unite for an important awareness raising project on inclusion issues and the enhancement of diversity”, reads the joint note of the 27 companies. The initiative's logo itself, characterized by a multitude of overlapping squares of different sizes and colours, is meant to represent diversity within the company: diversity as an element that enriches and generates value. Among the topics covered during the various meetings are also disability, intergenerational comparison, the valorisation of the female contribution, sexual orientation and gender identity, ethnicity and religion.

A total of 27 companies that have worked together in recent months to create a calendar of digital events to allow cross-company participation of their employees.
