Fortech, an Italian company active in the development of technological solutions for traditional and electric mobility, has acquired ElectriEase, a software platform for managing electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The operation, according to the two companies, is part of Fortech's expansion plan and aims to integrate specialized skills in the field ofe-mobility.
The integration – explains a note – aims to consolidate an end-to-end offering for network operators, mobility hub managers and providers of charging services, with the aim of reducing technological complexity, increasing operational efficiency, and providing scalable, service-oriented solutions. The ElectriEase team will be a key asset in the development of Fortech's e-mobility solutions, while joining the group will provide the platform with resources and the ability to expand into new markets.
ElectriEase 434 charging points, Fortech 14 stations
ElectriEase, founded in 2024 and headquartered in Rome, manages over 434 charging points and serves approximately 20 users through the BeaglePlug app. The platform allows charging infrastructure operators (CPOs) and electric mobility service providers (eMSPs) to centrally manage their facilities and analyze electricity usage data.
Fortech, headquartered in Rimini and with 195 employees, operates in Italy and other European countries, managing over 14 service stations and 4.000 EV charging points. In 2025, the company acquired a stake from Perwyn, a European private equity fund, and Scouting Investments, an international investment banking platform.
