The Stelline Foundation begins a new course following the revision of the Statute which led to a reduction in the number of directors and to different methods of appointment. The newly established Board of Directors elected its offices unanimously.
The President is PierCarla Delpiano, manager with experience in both the public and private sectors and who is currently the Communication Director of Fiera Milano spa; the vice president is Maurice Salerno, Professor of organ and organ composition at the Darfo Conservatory (Boario Terme) and artistic director of the Milano Arte e Musica Festival.
A Camillo Fornasieri, Director of the CmC – Cultural Center of Milan and outgoing President, has been entrusted with the delegation for the cultural activities of the Foundation. They are part of the board Clara DeBraud, Professor of Strategy and Corporate Policy at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan and General Secretary of AICIB (Italian Association of Corporate & Investment Banking), and Maria Carla Giorgetti, Full Professor of Civil Procedure Law at the University of Bergamo and holder of the Chair of Arbitration Law and of the Chair of Bankruptcy Law at the same University.
PierCarla Delpiano commented with satisfaction on her new role: “I am very honored for this prestigious position which I will try to carry out with commitment and dedication. Together with fellow councilors, we will place our skills at the service of this important Foundation so that it can always give its cultural and welcoming contribution in the best possible way, also in consideration of the extraordinary occasion of EXPO 2015: we will do our part to build and implement the reception of Milan 2015”.
