Fincantieri closed the first nine months of the year with revenues up 10,7% compared to the same period of 2016, Ebitda margin at 6,5%, up 14% compared to 30 September 2016 (5,7%). This was announced by the company, underlining that these are results in line with the objectives of the 2016-2020 Business Plan.
The total backlog is over 25 billion and equal to almost 6 years of work if compared to 2016 revenues: the backlog as at 30 September 2017 is equal to 20,3 billion (19 billion as at 30 September 2016) with 97 vessels in portfolio and the soft backlog of approximately €5 billion (approximately €2,8 billion as at 30 September 2016).
