After 54 years of residence, Exor says goodbye to Piazza Affari. It is effective on Tuesday, September 27, the delisted da Euronext Milan. The reasons for Exor's farewell to Piazza Affari

At the end of July the safe of the Agnelli family which holds stakes in Ferrari, Stellantis, Cnh Industrial and Iveco had announced the intention to list in the Netherlands to “align the company's stock exchange with its own legal structure of Dutch holding” and the consequent future farewell of Exor in Piazza Affari. Not only that, thanks to the "move" of the title to Amsterdam, the organizational set-up is simpler, because the company is subject to supervision of a single entity national regulator: the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). Until yesterday, however, Exor it was also subject to the supervision of Consob. 

Exor: the Milan Stock Exchange loses one of its big names

The love story between Exor and the Milan Stock Exchange it was very long. In fact, the shares had debuted at Business Square in 1968. After 53 years, Milan loses one of its big names. With a capitalization of 16 billion euros, Exor in fact, it was ranked 13th in the stock rankings by market cap. In Amsterdam "he will deal" with various European industrial giants, including Shell, Philips, Asml and Unilever. 

On the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, the stock fell victim to profit-taking after yesterday's rally (+5,5%) and dropped by 1,91% to 63,74 euros.
