Falls for the second consecutive month the Sentix index, which measures Eurozone investor confidence. Between March and April the figure dropped from -10,6 to -17,3 points, the lowest since last November.
"Just as the Italian elections pushed the index down in March, in April the question of Cyprus, along with others, proved to be a further burden", reads a note from the research firm Sentix.
Among the sub-indexes, that relating to expectations fell to 0,5 from 8,3 in March while that relating to current conditions went down to -33,5 from -27,8.
