The group, on which a huge debt has weighed since its inception, has had numerous difficulties in recent years, due to a sharp decline in visitors. It is also probable that Euro Disney will effect a "delisting", ie the exit from the Paris Stock Exchange.

Meanwhile, after the announcement of the recapitalization project, the quotations of Euro Disney are sinking on the Paris Stock Exchange. In mid-morning, in fact, the share of the company that manages the Disneyland park dropped more than 20%, against a positive trend, in the same minutes, of the French stock market.
