The site "Il diario del lavoro" celebrates ten years of the Annuario del lavoro, a point of reference for those involved in industrial relations in Italy, with a publication on the decade that changed the world and which already says it all in the title: " Ten years, a century: 2007-2017 how the crisis has changed Italy”.

Ten years, a century: 2007-2017, how the crisis has changed Italy

“The Great Crisis then began, between 2007 and 2008, with the terrible image of Lehman Brothers employees leaving the building with boxes in hand and tears in their eyes. Ten very difficult years, during which everything happened, leaving an indelible mark” that affected our lives and changed politics, the economy, work, business, communication. Changes that are not always negative but profound, very profound.

Just to revisit the last ten years and to celebrate the tenth anniversary of its prestigious "Annuario del Lavoro", the site "Il Diario del Lavoro" directed by Massimo Mascini and for years a point of reference in union relations is currently publishing a very interesting pamphlet ( pp. 126, €14,50) which says it all right from its title: “Ten years, a century – 2007-2017 how the crisis has changed Italy”.

"The mutation that has taken place in these ten years - writes Mascini - has been very profound but the certainty that accompanies us is that our country remains strong and has all the trump cards to restart once again: we must want it, of course, and above all, act accordingly.

After the presentation by the director of the Diario del lavoro, the publication contains 15 essays by famous authors, including that of the Minister of Education and University, Valeria Fedeli, the Undersecretary of Economy Pier Paolo Baretta and the president of Assonime Innocenzo Cipolletta , which explore the ten years that changed the world and ranging from politics to the economy, from work to trade unions, from entrepreneurs to workers, from relations between citizens and institutions to culture and communication, from cities to reformism, from Europe to geopolitical balances and the immigration-emigration binomial.
