Development Decree: lots of news for business networks

In Law 134/2012 of the Development Decree contains many innovations for business networks, a rapidly growing tool in Italian companies, the most important of which concerns financial liability, which is limited to the mutual fund only.

Many other measures contained in the decree, however, aim the streamlining of procedures, granting the possibility of drawing up the network contract, as well as by public deed or private deed, also by deed signed with digital signature or electronic signature, upon authentication by a notary or other public official. Streamlined, always on the path of simplification, communication procedures as well, between the offices of the Business Register, of any changes made to the contract.

The share of contributions for i internationalization consortia, those consortia, recently established, whose objective is the international diffusion of Made in Italy products, has been set at a maximum of 50% of the expenses incurred for the execution of internationalization projects.

Also new for regarding the tourism sector, with various decrees of the Ministry for the Regional Affairs, Tourism and Sport aimed at promoting the creation of business and supply chain networks between companies in the sector. Finally, business networks fall within the categories of entities for which the interministerial decree of 26 June 2012 resets the fee envisaged for accessing the Guarantee Fund.
