Among other things, despite the health emergency, indeed perhaps precisely because of this, the market for machines for coffee beans, the so-called automatic machines, recorded a sales value in the first quarter of 2020 equal to that of the previous year, confirming the positive trend of 2019 which saw the segment grow by +18%. De' Longhi, however, is not satisfied and wants to make contact with customers the symbol of the rebirth of a market that is true, never dies, but which still needs the so-called "experience".

Coffee Clubs are therefore digital spaces open to everyone lovers of freshly ground espresso, designed to enrich the consumer experience in stores, offering unique advantages within everyone's reach. The initiative inevitably has a commercial nature: every customer who purchases a De' Longhi automatic machine in a store adhering to the promotion will be able to discover a series of dedicated initiatives, ranging from a free 30-day trial of the coffee machine at home automatic, with the "satisfied or refunded" formula, to the extension of the additional 1-year warranty, as well as an exceptional fidelity discount on coffee supplies purchased online.
