The requests for the IPO of the textile brand exceeded expectations, which has thus decided to bring forward its entry into Piazza Affari to next Monday instead of 27 April.

There is a boom in subscriptions to the Brunello Cucinelli IPO, so much so that it exceeded expectations and brought the prestigious textile brand, close to entering the Stock Exchange, to anticipate the closing of the same IPO, initially set for April 27, to April 23.

Cucinelli's debut in Piazza Affari will consequently also be brought forward: initially it was supposed to take place on April 27th, instead the fateful date will be next Monday, April 23rd.

“Following the acceptances received, significantly higher than the shares covered by the global offer – reads a note – Cucinelli announces that it has decided, jointly with the selling shareholders, to close the offer period in advance".
