Crédit Agricole: loan of 15 million with SACE guarantee for the Bricklayers and Farmers Cooperative of Carpi (CMB)

Crédit Agricole Italy issued a financing, assisted by Support Italy Guarantee di SACE, of 15 million euro in favour of CMB, the Bricklayers and Laborers Cooperative of Carpi. CMB, founded in 1908, has specialized over the years in construction of major works and restorations, as well as in the management of complex projects through high-profile know-how, innovative technologies and methodologies such as BIM (Building Information Modeling). It creates works such as hospitals, residential buildings, road-railway stations, commercial, cultural and tourist centres.

Credit Agricole and Sace are committed to helping the national sector of construction e renovations.

Support for sustainable growth projects

The operation is aimed at support the company's investment plan, providing support for the realization of ambitious sustainable development projects.
