AssoSCF is born, the association of independent financial consultancy companies, created and owned by independent consultants. The new entity was created because by regulation - within the new Organism for the Supervision and Keeping of the Single Register of Consultants - the associations of natural persons (independent consultants) and those of legal persons (FeeOnly company) must be separated .
“We are proud to have created a new entity that represents only independent legal entities – explains Andrea Carboni, new president of AssoSCF, in an interview with AdvisorOnline – NAFOP, our association that has always protected the FeeOnly community, will have to host only professionals, while the companies will merge into AssoSCF, the new reality founded by some independent FeeOnly SCFs. We want to aggregate all the SRLs and SPAs that provide the independent consultancy service and that are not SIMs, SGRs, banks or other. Our associates cannot include people who hold positions of any kind in banks or other intermediaries. We are the only association that has only pure SCF members as members, a clear and transparent message for the market”.
AssoSCF will have various operational offices: "Rome, Milan, Turin, Verona, Vicenza, Belluno, Ancona, are centers where independent consultancy is developing and where we register the highest interest on the part of operators in the creation of consultancy companies", continues Carboni, specifying that the website of the association of independent consultancy firms is www.assoSCF.org.
