More than will be available from October to December one million jobs to be covered in Italy, per a third intended for young people. Excelsior, the employment information system of Unioncamere and Anpal, notes that engineers, technicians, specialized workers and communication, trade and services workers are needed, but that the 31% of companies have difficulties find the right candidates.

Istat has declared that the youth unemployment in September it rose to 28,7%, for this very reason thousands of young people go abroad: 37 thousand in 2018.

The community Startup Geeks has collected in an ebook "The best startups to find work and improve HR processes". The founders Giulia d'Amato and Alessio Boceda declared: “We talk about the Italian startups that make the more dynamic working world, because they help companies transform their recruitment and human resource management techniques, to adapt them to the times and Millennial expectations".

For example, dailyintership is a European platform born in 2018 that uses artificial intelligence algorithms and social networks to connect companies and young talents, it has around 100 registered students and recent graduates and 200 companies.

The three founders met at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Paris: “We studied abroad and did four internships in Asia and Europe in telephone, consultancy or web companies – says Marco Cortinovis, managing director -. The project started from one Instagram page, because we noticed that 40% of the applications on social media came from there.”

The final version of Jobskills, another startup, was launched on October 9th. The founder Paul Cerra – commercial consultant in utilities – who wanted to change jobs but couldn't do it, joined an IT partner to create this search engine that gives space to aptitudes and motivations of candidates. “Without discrimination of race, age, origin or religion – declares Cerra -. Therefore on the site we do not publish the curriculum, but the updated company announcements. We give job seekers a personal assistant to guide their career, and an e-learning platform to improve their skills".

More direct, however, is 60Rec founded by Gabriel Catellani, an app to match a resume video to record. From December, the app will be integrated with LinkedIn.

In the startup BeyondTheBox, founded by Aleksansdra Maravic – who returned to Italy was unable to find work – the algorithms examine the requests of customers who are often startups and through video interviews find people to join their team.

Jobdrin is a job portal that connects candidates, companies, selection and placement agencies. Founded by Michael DeMeo, focuses on retail, tourism, commerce and has a QRcode to make announcements even in physical places (fairs, shops, hotels), just frame it and send your resume from your phone.
