Borsa, results on Milan awaiting inflation and Fed data

Profits were taken in Piazza Affari after yesterday's rally: especially the banks are losing ground – The main lists are all down slightly: at the start Frankfurt scores -0,09%, Paris -0,19% and London -0,25% – Saipem instead gains (+1%), which celebrates the 400 million contract for the South Stream gas pipeline – The spread is stable.

The European stock exchanges begin the session under the sign of prudence, which after yesterday's race are awaiting indications from the data on European inflation and from the Federal Reserve's decision on US monetary policy, expected instead in the Italian evening. In particular, Piazza Affari, which yesterday was the best gaining more than 2%, opens downwards with the Ftse Mib which immediately loses half a percentage point to 21.870,22 points.

The main price lists are all down slightly: at the start Frankfurt scores -0,09%, Paris -0,19% and London -0,25%. Among the Milanese securities with the highest capitalization, the banks lost ground: -1,2% Bper, 1,16% Mps and -0,7% UniCredit. Profits instead Saipem (+1%), which celebrates the 400 million contract for the South Stream gas pipeline. On the foreign exchange market, the euro changed hands at 1,3807 (1,3818 at yesterday's close), and 141,53 yen (141,72), while the dollar was worth 102,53 yen (102,55). Oil prices are down: the June future on the WTI drops 1,01% to 101,27 dollars a barrel.
