Bike and scooter bonus, second round for reimbursement

On the website of the Ministry of the Environment it is possible to resubmit the application by 9 December: those who did not succeed on the click day of 3 November will have the money at the beginning of 2021.

Bike and scooter bonus, second round for reimbursement

After click day chaos, with requests that in a few hours have exhausted the first 215 million allocated for the incentive to purchase bicycles and scooters (including electric ones), the second round has started for the Mobility Voucher. In fact, all those who were unable to access the site on the established day, i.e. last November 3, will now be able to recover by accessing the same platform from November 9 to December 9, and will receive the money automatically at the beginning of 2021, without further click days . This was clarified by Environment Minister Sergio Costa, specifying precisely that all those who have bought a bike or electric scooter from May 4th to November 2nd and were unable to obtain the bonus because the funds had run out, they now have one month to re-apply.

In this case, it is a matter of pre-registration, which however, specifies the Ministry of the Environment, "does not entitle to any benefit, it only serves the Ministry in order to quantify the resources for a timely refinancing of the Good Mobility Experimental Programme". The requirements to access are always the same: be in possession of an invoice or receipt certifying the type of good or service purchased and the amount spent; have it SPID, the single access system with digital identity to online services of the public administration; and finally scan the purchase document and prepare the bank details to be entered to obtain the refund on your current account.

As for the incentives for cars, which also fall within the bonus, those for the purchase of cars with low emissions (from 61 to 90 g/km of CO2, the so-called "third band") are exhausted, but one hundred million remain reserved for low and very low emission cars, bands one and two (these are electric and plug-in hybrid cars, the demand for which, however, is lower than the allocated amount).
