Good news for those who have not yet received the Bonus 200 euro and believes he has the right to benefit from it. And while many are receiving or have already received the bonuses 150 euro there are still those who wait for the first allowance. Who applied for theone-time allowance expected from aid decree, within the deadline of 31 October but has not received the payment from INPS, can verify the reasons for the I decline and submit the request for reviewby attaching the required documents. Bonus 200 euros rejected: the request for re-examination is underway

La request for review for the 200 euro bonus it concerns all those who have requested the indemnity directly from the Institute but have not obtained payment, that's who:

  • male and female workers holding coordinated and continuous collaboration relationships, doctoral students and research fellows (enrolled in the separate management and with an active contract as of 18 May 2022 and 2021 income of less than 35 thousand euros);
  • seasonal, fixed-term and intermittent workers (with 50 days of effective work in 2021, resulting in an income not exceeding 35 thousand euros);
  • male and female workers enrolled in the Entertainment Workers' Pension Fund (with 50 daily contributions in 2021, resulting in an income not exceeding 35 thousand euros);
  • occasional self-employed workers without a VAT number (enrolled in the Separate Management on 18 May 2022, who have paid at least one monthly contribution during 2021);
  • workers in charge of home sales, holders of a VAT number (enrolled in the Separate Management on 18 May 2022, who have paid at least one monthly contribution during 2021).

Rejected 200 euro bonus: how to send the re-examination request

Users can always proceed from the same section of the Inps portal in which the "One-time allowance of 200 euros" was submitted.

By accessing the web area via SPID, National Service Card o Electronic Identity Card, you will be able to view the status of the request. In case it looks like "Rejected”, the user accesses the list of reasons for rejection and can resubmit the application by clicking on “Ask for review".

It is possible to enter the reason for the request and, using the "Attach documentation”, also transmit the documents certifying the fact that they fall within the required parameters.

When can a review be requested?

There are 90 days send the necessary documentation starting from the following dates:

  • From November 30th to February 28th 2023.
  • From the date on which the refusal is known, if after November 30th.
