Banca IFIS, soon a subordinated Tier 2 bond

The institute based in Mestre which deals with commercial credit and funding in the retail market, has undertaken the process that will lead to the possible Tier2 subordinated bond issue. Should the transaction take place, it will be listed on the regulated EU market of the Irish Stock Exchange

Banca IFIS. institute that enjoys the Fitch rating, has mandated Nomura, UBS and Unicredit to organize a series of meetings with investors in the coming days, aimed at evaluating a possible Tier 2 sub-benchmark subordinated bond issue, in euro, with a 10-year maturity, callable after 5 years, fixed or floating.

Where the transaction proceeds, which is part of the broader EMTN program signed on 29 September 2017 (reserved for institutional investors in Italy and abroad with the exception of the United States, pursuant to Regulation S of the United Securities Act of 1933), the bond will be rated by Fitch and will be listed on the regulated EU market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
