Il Maltempo continues to rage on Northern Italy. After the damage in Emilia-Romagna, a violent storm hit during the night on Milan and Brianza, causing around 6 am theflooding of the Seveso river which affected the northern area of Niguarda with the flooding of Viale Fulvio Testi, the access artery to the city.
The flooding, explains safety councilor Marco Granelli, will last for a few hours. The underpasses were also flooded Negrotto and Rubicone. The communities located in the Lambro park were evacuated as a precaution due to the rising waters of the river of the same name.
