Azimut and Banca Generali: double record inflows in 2014

The Azimut Group closed 2014 with record inflows of 5,6 billion euro, up 76% on the previous year – Very positive data on inflows from Banca Generali, which recorded a 150% increase on 2012 figures

2014 closes with two important records Azimuth e General Bank which closed the year with exceptional numbers in terms of collections. In Piazza Affari, after the first hour of trading, the shares of both groups sail in positive territory.

The group Azimuth in December 2014 recorded positive total inflows of 115 million euro (against 302 million in the previous month), closing the 2014 to 5,6 billion euros, with a change of 76% compared to the previous year.
For the investment fund, this is a historic record as the group president underlines in a note Peter Giuliani: “December's inflows figure closes an extraordinary year for Azimut which achieved the best result ever in terms of net inflows and growth in assets (+25% since the beginning of the year). These results confirm the Group's ability, both on the distribution and management side, to intercept and satisfy the various investment needs of customers, who benefited from a net weighted average performance of 4,8%. We therefore begin the new year, the first of the 2015-19 five-year industrial plan, with great confidence and enthusiasm”.

Vintage to be framed also for General Bank who registered a new collection records with a growth of 78% compared to 2013 and 150% compared to the last two years. In December, Banca Generali's net inflows amounted to 333 million euro, of which 206 million from the Banca Generali network (2.977 million in 12 months) and 127 million from Banca Generali Private Banking (1.047 million in 12 months).
