Lodo Mondadori: Ghedini, Fininvest will pay

"Fininvest will pay and we hope that it will then get the money back when the Cassation does justice". This was stated by the lawyer of the premier and parliamentarian of the PDL, Niccolò Ghedini, in relation to the sentence on compensation for the Lodo Mondadori affair. Ghedini also explained that "certainly the judges will not suspend" the enforceability of the provision according to which Fininvest will have to pay 560 million to Cir. He also expressed a "categorical no" to the hypothesis of a law to block the payment.
