Attack in the South of France. A decapitated man was found near a gas production plant, where an alleged terrorist entered this morning, just before ten o'clock. The location is a factory of the Air Products company in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, about 30 kilometers from Lyon.
According to some French media reports, a car broke into the factory courtyard and the driver blew up some gas cylinders, injuring several people, to then claim responsibility for the attack in the name of ISIS, which he had with him flag. The suspected attacker was arrested by the police.
French President Francois Hollande will return to Paris in the early afternoon from Brussels, where he had gone for the EU Council. At 15 convened the Defense Council at the Elysée.
