Justice and criminal trial reform are at the center of attention of the new Meloni government. To deepen the themes of Justice, the National Conference of the Association of Criminal Process Scholars was held in Foggia, at the University, on the theme "The criminal process in the light of the Cartabia Reform".
During the conference various aspects of the Cartabia reform and the new President and the Board of Directors of the Association were elected: prof. Adolfo Scalfati – Professor of Criminal Procedure Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata – will lead the Association for the two-year period 2022-24; to join him board of directors composed of professors Mariangela Montagna, Giulio Garuti, Filippo Dinacci, Sergio Lorusso, Michele Caianiello, Daniele Negri.
The Association – which brings together Italian university professors of criminal procedural law – aims to encourage discussion and scientific research on criminal justice issues.
