Ascoli Piceno, at dinner with Bertozzi&Casoni: “Minimum leftovers”

On the occasion of the finissage of the "Bertozzi&Casoni.Minimi Avanzi" exhibition, a dinner in collaboration with the Michelin-starred Chef Marco Cavallucci of Casa Spadoni and the performance of Nu'Art (Pinacoteca di Ascoli Piceno)

To celebrate the public success of the “Bertozzi&Casoni. Minimi Avanzi ", ongoing at the Pinacoteca Civica of Ascoli Piceno until 24 September 2017., with over 13.000 visitors, the Verticale d'Arte cultural association that promoted the exhibition, organizes on Friday 15 September, a double event capable of combining the visual arts with food, the inspiring theme and fil rouge of the entire initiative which presents, for the first time in the Marche region, 24 works, including the unpublished installation Resistance 2, created specifically for the museum spaces, created by two the most recognized masters of contemporary ceramic sculpture who dialogue with the masterpieces of the Ascoli civic collection.

At 19.30 pm, inside the Pinacoteca, a gourmet dinner will be held in collaboration with the famous Chef Marco Cavallucci, preceded by a performance by Nu'Art, a show and entertainment company which today is one of the most successful realities and represents an element prominent in the sector and in international events, which will welcome participants and visitors in the area of ​​the loggia overlooking Piazza Arringo.

The gourmet dinner will see a menu entirely created by Chef Cavallucci with some of his famous dishes in order to satisfy the needs of an increasingly varied and attentive public in the approach to the table, and marks, for the first time in the Marche region, the collaboration of 'Vertical Art Cultural Association with Casa Spadoni, while confirming the participation of the Consorzio Vini Piceni and the State Professional Institute for Food and Wine and Hotel Hospitality Services of Ascoli Piceno, both partners in the project since its conception, as well as the support from Anisetta Rosati, Gran Forno Malavolta, Orlandi Passion and Sabelli.

Participants will be given the catalog printed by Artelito (Camerino), edited by Stefano Papetti, Elisa Mori, Giorgia Berardinelli, Silvia Bartolini, with a text by Marco Senaldi.

A true enfant prodige of the cuisine of the renowned La Frasca restaurant in Castrocaro Terme, Chef Cavallucci conquers the second Michelin star, keeping it until 2011. During his career, he collects many awards, including that of the Collegium Cocorum, the prestigious honor of merit certificate awarded by the Italian Federation of Chefs, and in 2015, as Executive Chef, he joined the large family of Casa Spadoni, devoting himself to enhancing the Romagna tradition skilfully enriched with new flavors and perfecting recipes.

With offices in Faenza, Ravenna and Bologna, and soon to open in the former Ravenna market, as well as in Florence and Milan, Casa Spadoni was born in 2014 as a natural development of the many activities of the Molino Spadoni Group and combines a love for the origins and traditions with the most modern research and the most innovative technology: excellent dishes are born, traditional but creative, made in full respect of the best raw materials and the flavors of local excellence, thanks to the expert hands of the cooks under the guidance of the Executive Chef Horses.

Minimi Avanzi has obtained the patronage of MiBACT, the Marche Region, the Province of Ascoli Piceno, the Municipality of Ascoli Piceno, the Italian Association of Ceramics Cities, the Marche Culture Foundation and the Marche Social Media Team, curated by Prof. Stefano Papetti together with Elisa Mori, Giorgia Berardinelli and Silvia Bartolini of the Verticale d'Arte cultural association, creator and promoter of the project, in collaboration with the Civic Museums of Ascoli Piceno.
