In the night between Sunday and Monday, after a long illness lived with great dignity, Giampietro Garioni passed away, 63 years old, Milanese transplanted to Verona, great export expert, professor at the University of Padua, supporter and collaborator of FIRSTonline since foundation.
Giampietro, or rather Giampiero for all his friends, was trained in the legendary international office of the Comit of Siglienti and throughout his life he dealt with great professionalism in exports, foreign markets, currencies and international payments both in the bank and, in followed, as a professional and professor at the University of Padua.
A man of great rectitude and humanity, he leaves us with a deep bitterness but also a great lesson in professionalism and morality that will not be forgotten. Condolences from the entire FIRSTonline team to the family.
