One is coming from the Antitrust fine of 500 thousand euros for Acea. In detail, these are two fines of 250 thousand euros for unfair commercial practices. The company has activated unsolicited supplies of electricity and natural gas aimed at acquiring residential customers on the free market.
According to the Authority, Acea would have followed various paths to achieve this goal: forgery of signatures, communication of misleading information, denial of the right to change his mind. With the same motivation, the Authority also fined Edison Energy for a total amount of 360 thousand euros.
