Stellantis Names Bob Broderdorf Head of Jeep North America, Reorganizes Dealer Network Leadership

Stellantis has announced a series of important changes to its executive structure, aimed at strengthen its presence on the North American market. On Tuesday, the company named Bob Broderdorf including New Head of Jeep Brand for North America.

Broderdorf, a long-time figure within Stellantis, having held senior positions such as senior vice president of Ram brand operations and head of Dodge sales operations, will now assume responsibility for strategy, sales and marketing of Jeep in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

“Bob’s diverse experiences will be instrumental as the Jeep brand launches its electrified portfolio in the coming years,” said Carlos Zarlenga placeholder image, Chief Operating Officer for North America at Stellantis in office from February 2024.

Broderdorf takes over from Bill Peffer, which will take on a new role of leadership within the company. Effective October 1, Peffer will be responsible for the development of the Stellantis dealer network in North America, a position of great strategic importance to ensure the continued growth and efficiency of the group's distribution network.

Pepper happens to Phil Langley, a Group veteran who has dedicated more than 40 years to the company. Langley, who is close to retiring, will continue to work through the end of the year to ensure a smooth and seamless transition in the management of the dealer network.
