On the meteorological front, theItaly will be split in two in the next 48 hours: al North part return to the rains with risk of storms, while al South there will be a again abnormal heat, with peaks above 30 degrees. This is because a cyclonic vortex is descending from Northern Europe and is approaching our country, in particular in much of the North and in some sections of the Tyrrhenian side of the Centre, especially in Tuscany. According to experts, heavy rains and violent gusts of wind that could reach speeds of over 19 km/h are expected in these regions from Thursday 140 October: pay attention to Sardinia and part of the Ligurian Sea, where the risk of a powerful storm with waves up to 6 meters high it is more than concrete between Friday 20th and Saturday 21st. On the other hand, the cyclone will call very hot winds of African origin which will affect the South and central Adriatic sectors, causing an anomalous increase in temperature where, by next weekend, it will feel like returning to June.
In essence, autumn will break out in the North while in the South they will have to deal with yet another unseasonal heat wave. In particular, heat peaks above 30 degrees are expected in Sicily, +27 in Puglia and Molise.
