From June 5, the prices of some brands are changing cigarettes and e-cigs. The Customs Agency established this through a measure that comes into effect today and adds to a series of increases established by the Meloni government's latest budget law and implemented since the beginning of the year on other brands and on cigars, rolled tobacco, and smokeless inhalers.
But this time there are not only increases, since they are discounts expected for some types of heated tobacco e-cigarettes
Cigarette prices: here are all the increases
The established increases vary 10 to 20 cents a packet. The price increases concern brands in particular Elixyr and Che, the price of which will rise to 5,30-5,40 euros per pack. Specifically, the cost of the Elixyr Red, Elixyr Blue, Elixyr+, and Elixyr+ X-Type will rise to 5,30 euros, while the Che will see a twenty-cent increase to 5,40 euros per pack.
E-cigarettes: Discounts on Virto sticks
The Revenue Agency has instead established price reductions on 13 types of e-cigarettes. The reduction is significant, 50 cents per pack, and concerns: Virto stick used with the device GloAzure, Balanced, Classic, Copper, Signature, Silver, and Blue will now cost €5, up from €5,50.
